Byrna serves as the Benefits Enrollment Specialist at Ethnē Health, holding Master’s degrees in both Health Administration and Business Administration. In her role, she helps patients navigate and apply for essential resources like Medicaid and SNAP. Byrna deeply enjoys being a part of each patient’s journey, acting as a trusted guide to help them overcome barriers to securing life-changing benefit services.

Originally from Florida, Byrna has held a lifelong passion for helping people live their most optimal lives. She firmly believes in holistic care that honors the mind, body, and spirit. Before joining Ethnē, she spent 10 years working in education. After witnessing how food, health, and transportation barriers hindered her students' progress, she felt compelled to transition into healthcare to serve communities in a new capacity.

Outside of work, Byrna loves to watch documentaries, paint, and spend time being surrounded by nature.
