Suzanne Morris
Board of Directors
Suzanne Morris is an EthnÄ Health Board Member and Volunteer Nurse. She received her B.S.N. from Emory University.
With the exception of her volunteer work at EthnÄ, she is currently retired. She most recently worked at Emory University Medical School, although her work as a nurse has been in a variety of settings, including adult & pediatric oncology. Usually coming to EthnÄ once a week, she fills in wherever most helpful, which is normally in the lab drawing blood. She loves the camaraderie, vision, and work ethic shared by all of the EthnÄ team. It is her privilege to share in the EthnÄ community and offer some support.
She has lived most of her life near Clarkston and has been volunteering with EthnÄ since the clinic opened more than 5 years ago. She was drawn to EthnÄ’s mission because it is the practical application of the Bible verse Micah 6:8 “And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” The world has come to Clarkston and she is fortunate to be in a position to welcome her newest neighbors.
Outside of EthnÄ, she serves as a deacon at Intown Community Church and enjoys exercise, travel, and her grandchildren. She finds her experience as a board member and volunteer to be one of joy and fulfillment.
