Victoria Pierson
Gap Year Intern
Victoria Pierson is a Gap Year Intern at Ethnē. She graduated from Baylor University in May with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is currently applying to medical schools across the country and is spending this year at Ethnē to gain hands-on experience and continue developing both her clinical and interpersonal skills.
Originally from a small farming town in Minnesota, Victoria has had a heart for medicine from a young age and aspires to become a family physician serving under-resourced communities. She has a strong passion for global missions and has participated in several trips around the world. She was drawn to Ethnē for its neighbor-centered approach to care and its commitment to compassion, faith, and the gospel. Through this internship, she hopes to be further equipped to integrate her faith with her medical calling.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new ethnic cuisines, and engaging in local ministry opportunities.
